Does Your Organization Qualify?

Check the statements that apply to your organization.

  • Our organization serves a rural or underserved community
  • We are a government entity, tribal organization, healthcare facility, educational institution, or small to medium business
  • Our current IT infrastructure is more than 5 years old
  • We have fewer than 50 IT staff members
  • We have an active federal entity registration (SAM.gov) or are willing to obtain one

If you checked 2 or more of these, you likely qualify for at least one federal funding program. Book a free eligibility review to find out exactly which ones.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to pay the grant money back?

No — grants are not loans. Programs like USDA ReConnect, FCC E-Rate, and HHS grants are award-based funding. You do not repay them. Some ReConnect offerings include a loan component, which we will identify and clarify for your specific situation.

How long does the application process take?

It varies by program. E-Rate applications typically take 4–8 weeks to prepare. USDA ReConnect applications are more involved and can take 3–6 months. We manage the entire process — your team's time commitment is minimal once we have the required organizational information.

What if we have never applied for federal grants before?

That is fine — and it is very common. Most organizations that qualify have never applied because the process seems complex. We handle the learning curve. We will walk you through SAM.gov registration, your UEI number, and all required documentation from day one.

Can Thegn.ai apply on our behalf?

Yes. We prepare, submit, and manage the application on your behalf as your authorized representative. You review and sign key documents, but we handle all the technical and administrative work.

What happens after we receive the award?

After award, we move directly into the technology design and deployment phase. We also provide ongoing reporting support to ensure your organization stays in compliance with grant terms — protecting your award and positioning you for future funding cycles.
